EveryOption Privacy Policy

Effective date:

Preeminent Capital LLC operates EveryOption. This Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse EveryOption, use provider tools, submit a correction or contact us.

You can browse public treatment information without creating an account or submitting a medical history. Browsing still generates technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Provider accounts and paid billing create additional records described below.

Information we handle

Public provider information. EveryOption retains sourced information about practices and providers, including names, websites, professional roles, locations and published access details. This information can come from public sources and provider updates. Published facts identify their sources; they can be reported for correction.

Provider accounts. When you sign in, we handle your name, email address and account records. Sign-in and session records include technical information such as an IP address, browser or device details and session dates. We send sign-in links by email.

Practice workspaces and claims. We store organization details, account membership, listing claims and records used to establish who may manage a practice listing. Provider changes include the submitted content and the identity of the editor.

Practice content. We store the profile text, image links, contact actions and eligible practice details you submit. Enhanced Profile content can appear on the public listing when the required authority and paid access are active. Basic published practice facts can remain after a subscription ends. Public content can be viewed by visitors and search engines.

Billing. We store the organization and listing associated with a purchase, the checkout email, Stripe customer and subscription references, payment and subscription status, access dates, checkout attempts and records used to explain billing changes. You enter payment details on Stripe-hosted payment pages. Stripe and Link handle the payment information provided there under their own policies.

Correction reports and support. A correction report includes the affected page, your explanation and an optional source link. The public correction form does not ask for an email address. Reports are retained for private review; they are not automatically published as submitted. We also handle the information in emails you send us. Please do not include private health details, patient records, payment-card numbers or sign-in links.

Site usage and technical information. Product analytics count views of public pages, selected access actions and search outcome categories. These records use fixed page and event categories rather than an account identifier or the text of a search. We also count searches that find no known option, by condition or treatment and by country and region taken from the page address, without the search text or any location derived from your device. Separate hosting, security, authentication and diagnostic systems may process technical information, including IP addresses, request information, browser or operating-system details and errors. Correction-report abuse controls also use an IP-derived hash.

How information is used

We use sourced provider information to help people find documented ways to access treatment. We use account, workspace and listing records to sign providers in, establish listing authority, save changes and display eligible practice content. We use billing records to process and explain subscriptions, show access dates and reconcile payment changes.

We may also use currently eligible public practice content in accurate screenshots, attributed excerpts and demonstrations that explain or promote EveryOption, without implying that the practice endorses EveryOption.

Correction reports and support messages help us check facts, investigate problems and respond to requests. Correction review can use AI-assisted tools to assess the report and its cited public information. The report's explanation, source link and affected public page can be included in that review. Site usage counts help us understand which published pages and actions are used, including pages about treatments and health needs. Technical information supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Who receives information

Public visitors. Published practice information and published practice-authored profile content are public. Account sign-in records and private workspace records are not part of that public presentation.

Cloudflare. Cloudflare provides hosting, database storage, public-file delivery, email delivery and routing, usage counts and operational infrastructure. Information needed to operate these services is processed through Cloudflare. Provider account and application records are stored using Cloudflare's D1 database service. Messages sent to our published support and privacy email address are routed through Cloudflare.

Google-hosted email. Support and privacy messages are received and stored in a Google-hosted mailbox. Google handles the message contents, attachments and related delivery information to provide that email service. We use the mailbox to review and respond to requests.

Sentry. Sentry receives application diagnostics used to investigate errors and performance. The application is configured to omit request bodies and user details from those events and reduce other event data. Technical diagnostics can still include information such as an error, route category, browser or operating system.

Google Fonts. Our pages obtain fonts from Google Fonts. Loading them causes your browser to contact Google's font servers, which receive the technical information needed to respond to those requests. Google's privacy practices apply to its handling of that information.

AI-assisted review services. Configured AI services can receive the scoped correction report and relevant public source material for the review described above. The explanation you submit can be part of that material, so do not include private health details or patient records. This review does not automatically publish your report as submitted.

Stripe and Link. Stripe and Link process purchases, payment methods, invoices, subscription management, refunds and transaction support. We provide the checkout email and information needed to associate the purchase with the correct practice subscription. Their own processing is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Information may also be used or disclosed when needed to meet a legal obligation or investigate unauthorized use of the service.

EveryOption is operated from the United States. Suppliers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. The processing location can differ from your location.

Cookies and other services

Provider sign-in uses essential cookies to maintain an authenticated session. Blocking or clearing them can prevent provider tools from working or sign you out. Stripe and Link payment pages use their own cookies and technologies under their policies.

The product usage counts described above are separate from provider sign-in cookies. A visit can also be processed by hosting and security infrastructure, even when you do not sign in.

Practice image links and links to a practice's website, booking service or other outside service can cause your browser to contact that service. Its own privacy practices apply to the information it receives.

Retained records

Account and workspace records support provider sign-in, listing control and saved changes. Billing records explain charges, paid access and reconciliation. Correction and publication records support reviewing facts and understanding prior changes. Technical records support security and troubleshooting.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete these records. Saved Enhanced Profile content is retained for possible reactivation, while its public display depends on current listing authority and paid access. A request to remove personal information is separate from canceling a subscription or correcting a public fact.

Requests and choices

You can browse public information without a provider account. Providers can use the available account and listing tools to update their information, and anyone can report incorrect public information.

For a privacy question or a request concerning your personal information, email providers@everyoption.org. Describe the information and what you want to do without sending extra sensitive details. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete personal information, or object to or limit certain processing. Information needed to meet a legal obligation or explain a transaction may need to be retained.

We review requests manually and may ask for proportionate confirmation of your identity or authority to act. We explain the action taken and any information retained for a justified purpose. Account and listing tools do not provide a complete personal-information export or account-deletion feature; requests for those actions receive individual review through the contact above.

Objecting to processing. Where applicable law gives you this right, you can ask us to stop or restrict particular uses of your personal information. Where processing depends on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. You may also have the right to raise a complaint with the data-protection authority for your location.

For information handled by Stripe or Link independently, their privacy policy explains their request process. A request about EveryOption's account or listing records should be sent to EveryOption.

Health information and children

EveryOption serves a general audience, including parents and caregivers. Sourced information about treatments for children and adolescents is written for those adults helping them find care. Our content and promotion are not directed at children.

EveryOption's public pages help people explore treatment information. They are not a place to store medical records or manage patient care. Do not submit a patient's private health information in a practice profile, correction report or ordinary support message. If a submission contains sensitive information, contact us so it can be reviewed.

If you are a parent or guardian with a question about personal information a child has submitted, contact providers@everyoption.org.

Changes and contact

The published version of this Policy will identify its effective date. Privacy questions can be sent to providers@everyoption.org.
