EveryOption Terms of Service
EveryOption is operated by Preeminent Capital LLC. These Terms describe the use of EveryOption's treatment information, practice listings and provider tools, including the Enhanced Profile subscription.
Treatment information and access
EveryOption helps people explore treatment options, understand research and find documented ways to access care. You can browse the public site without an account or payment.
EveryOption serves a general audience, including parents and caregivers. Sourced information about treatments for children and adolescents is written for those adults helping them find care. Our content and promotion are not directed at children.
EveryOption provides information, not individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Using the site does not create a relationship with a healthcare provider. A listing does not establish that a practice is suitable for you, is accepting patients, accepts your insurance or offers every treatment shown elsewhere on the site. Confirm the details that matter with the practice and discuss treatment decisions with a qualified professional. For urgent medical help, contact local emergency services.
The site shows what EveryOption has published. Coverage is incomplete and details can change. Sources, dates and stated limitations help you assess the information. You can report incorrect information for free. We acknowledge correction and removal requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
Provider accounts and listing control
Provider accounts use email sign-in links. Protect access to your email and account, and use provider tools only for an organization you are authorized to represent.
Eligible listing claims are free. A claim connects an account to a selected listing; submitting a claim does not by itself authorize changes. EveryOption must approve the claim, and the practice's organization must have current control of the listing, before its authorized representatives can buy and use the paid tools.
Keep account, organization and practice details accurate. Do not impersonate a practice, submit misleading authority documents or use another organization's account. Payment does not establish professional credentials or replace a required license.
Enhanced Profile
Enhanced Profile is a software subscription for one approved, currently public practice listing. Its paid features include maintaining eligible practice details, adding practice-authored profile content and viewing where that listing currently appears on EveryOption.
The subscription pays for listing software. EveryOption does not provide healthcare services or collect payment for healthcare services.
Practice-authored content is attributed to the practice. Requests that add or expand public treatment or service coverage require review. Buying Enhanced Profile does not create a new coverage match, guarantee referrals or establish the practice's clinical quality.
Payment never changes EveryOption's research conclusions or organic ordering. Sponsored placement is a separate product and is not included in Enhanced Profile.
Price and recurring payment
Enhanced Profile costs $26.99 USD per month for one listing, plus applicable taxes. The monthly offer has no setup fee, annual contract or free trial. The subscription renews monthly unless canceled. Review the price, currency, taxes and payment terms displayed in Checkout before completing a purchase.
Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions, and customers encounter Link for payment, receipts and transaction support. Payment availability depends on your location and the supported payment method. Provide accurate billing information and keep it current.
Paid features activate after payment is confirmed and the organization still has authority to manage the listing. An unsuccessful first purchase does not activate paid features.
Cancellation and saved content
Use the billing controls in your provider account to cancel renewal. For a subscription sold through Link, you can also manage or cancel it through your Link account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid benefits remain available through the already-paid period shown in Billing while the organization's listing authority remains valid.
At the end of paid access, the listing returns to its basic presentation. Paid editing, enhanced presentation and the private appearance view end. The basic listing and already-published practice facts remain, subject to EveryOption's normal publication and correction processes. Cancellation does not change organic ordering or erase public history.
Saved Enhanced Profile content is retained when the subscription ends so it can be used if you reactivate with valid listing authority. Cancellation does not automatically delete the account or saved records.
If a paid listing is closed or withdrawn, or the organization's listing authority ends, the subscription stops renewing at the end of the current paid period and is not charged again. Paid features end when listing authority ends. Closure does not produce an automatic refund; we refund the current period if EveryOption withdrew the listing in error.
Failed renewal and recovery
If a renewal payment fails after confirmed paid coverage for the same listing, paid features receive a seven-day recovery window measured from the first failed renewal payment. Repeated payment attempts do not restart that window. Billing shows the applicable deadline and a payment-update path.
If payment remains unresolved when the recovery window ends, paid features end and the basic listing remains. A failed first purchase receives no renewal recovery window. Successful recovery restores access for the confirmed paid period shown in Billing.
Your submissions
Submit only information you have authority and permission to provide. Practice content must be accurate and respect other people's rights. Do not include patient records, private health details or information that identifies a patient in a practice profile.
You keep any rights you have in the authored material you submit for publication. You give EveryOption a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, format and adapt that material to operate, develop, improve and present EveryOption's treatment-navigation, reference and provider services. This includes summaries, translations and new presentation formats that preserve meaning and appropriate attribution. It also includes ordinary promotion of EveryOption using accurate screenshots, attributed excerpts and demonstrations of currently public profiles, without implying that the practice endorses EveryOption. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
People, service providers and automated tools acting for EveryOption may handle the material for these purposes. The permission may pass to a successor operating these services after a business transfer, subject to the same purposes. Private account, billing and review information is not made public under this permission.
Public Enhanced Profile presentation depends on current listing authority, publication requirements and applicable paid access. Public promotion under this permission uses currently eligible public content. After public display ends, retained copies may remain for saved-content reactivation, resolving corrections and explaining prior changes. Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information in those records.
EveryOption may restrict or remove submissions that misrepresent authority, violate another person's rights, expose private patient information, break the law or compromise the site's security. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to access accounts, records or tools you are not authorized to use.
Support refunds and disputes
For help with your practice listing, paid features, an incorrect charge or a refund request, email providers@everyoption.org. Include enough detail to identify the issue, but do not email full payment-card details, sign-in links or patient records.
Ordinary cancellation does not automatically produce a prorated refund for the unused part of a month. Duplicate or incorrect charges and other refund requests receive support review. Applicable legal rights and the payment terms presented by Stripe or Link still apply.
If Stripe confirms a full refund of the current subscription month, we cancel that subscription's next renewal and remove only the paid access funded by the refunded charge. Any separately paid coverage remains valid for its own paid period. The basic listing, saved content and billing history are retained. A refund request, pending refund or failed refund does not change access or renewal. Correcting a duplicate or historical charge does not automatically apply this current-month rule to other paid coverage.
A partial refund leaves paid access and future renewal unchanged unless support explicitly agrees otherwise. A partial credit alone does not shorten the paid period or cancel the subscription's next renewal.
A pending payment dispute does not by itself change confirmed paid access or cancel future renewal. A dispute notice alone removes no paid coverage. If Stripe confirms a final loss or reversal, we cancel future renewal of the affected subscription and remove only the paid access funded by that charge. Separately paid coverage remains valid for its own paid period. The basic listing, saved content and billing history remain.
For payment and transaction support, you can also use Link. Stripe may handle refunds under its Managed Payments terms. Ask support to confirm your subscription and access status if you are unsure.
Paid provider software liability
For contractual claims by an organization concerning its paid Enhanced Profile software service, EveryOption's total liability is limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the greater of US$500 or the Enhanced Profile subscription fees paid by that organization during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes. Fees paid through Stripe or Link for these subscriptions count toward this amount.
This limit does not restrict agreed or legally required refunds, rights under applicable Stripe or Link payment terms, or rights and remedies that the law does not allow a contract to limit, including applicable mandatory consumer and privacy rights. It does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by EveryOption's negligence.
This provision concerns the purchasing organization's paid software relationship. It does not impose a fee-based liability limit on visitors using EveryOption's free public treatment information.
Privacy and policy changes
Our Privacy Policy explains the collection and use of personal information. When these Terms are updated, the published version will identify its effective date. Questions about these Terms can be sent to providers@everyoption.org.
